Shows I perform regularly at a variety of venues. Contact me for booking enquiries.
Jimmy Stewart - A Wonderful Life
James Stewart was an Oscar-winning actor and one of the first true Hollywood superstars. He was also a decorated war veteran who was stationed in East Anglia during WW2. I appear, in character as Jimmy himself, to talk about his life, his movies and his wartime experiences. Previous bookings include historical societies, special interest groups, WI meetings and cinema audiences.
20-minute, 40-minute and 1-hour talks available.
We were amazed that you managed to keep the accent going throughout.
It was like having him in the room with us
One Man Panto - Cinderella
I have appeared in several professional pantomimes over the years and have always been unhappy about the cost of tickets set by the theatres. Even with a discount for ‘group bookings’ it can be an expensive outing to take a collection of children on a coach trip to enjoy the experience of a proper panto. So I have designed and written a one-man show that can be taken into primary schools, giving pupils the chance to have all the fun of a pantomime without having to leave the school premises and without a large expense.
I provide all my own props and costumes and can adapt the show to fit into any available space. I don’t need a stage or any sound/lights technology. I can perform in a normal-sized school hall, and being 6 ft 5 inches tall, it’s likely all the children will be able to see and hear me!
The performance lasts about 45 minutes (allow 1 hour total including getting the children into the room and settled)
Thank you so much for this afternoon's performance! The children really enjoyed it.
I thought it was pitched really well for Years 3-6 and there was plenty of interaction which was wonderful.
It was just the right length and plenty of laughs - they loved it!

Behind the Microphone - The Reality of Radio
with Greg Powles and Jason Reynolds
An after-dinner style evening of conversation and revelation.
Greg and Jason have both presented breakfast radio shows, and both have been able to combine their love of broadcasting and sport. The two men both recognise how privileged they have been to do a job many people would love to do, but their show ‘Behind the Microphone’ sets out to reveal the reality of life when things go wrong. An honest exposé of success, disaster and starting afresh, as well as letting us in on their best, and worst, celebrity encounters.
